Metagenomic sequencing analysis of fecal samples from mice after antiviral drug treatment and fecal microbiota transplantation

To study the effects of antiviral drugs and fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT) on the gut virome, we performed metagenomic sequencing analysis on fecal samples from mice after gut virome depletion or FMT.
