Metagenomic sequencing analysis of fecal samples from mice after antiviral drug treatment and fecal microbiota transplantation

To study the effects of antiviral drugs and fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT) on the gut virome, we performed metagenomic sequencing analysis on fecal samples from mice after gut virome depletion or FMT.为探究抗病毒药物与粪便菌群移植（fecal microbiota transplantation，FMT）对肠道病毒组（gut virome）的影响，我们对经肠道病毒组清除处理或FMT干预后的小鼠粪便样本开展了宏基因组测序分析。
