aLibraries were prepared from RNA that was either Treated with TAP alone (E−) or Terminator exonuclease and TAP (E+). 1 and 2 represent biological replicates.测序文库以RNA为模板构建，所用RNA分别经仅TAP（烟草酸焦磷酸酶，Tobacco Acid Pyrophosphatase）处理（记为E−组），或经终止核酸外切酶（Terminator exonuclease）与TAP联合处理（记为E+组）。样本1与样本2为生物学重复。
