本研究旨在利用长链非编码RNA（lncRNA）微阵列技术，探究结肠癌细胞与其配对正常结肠上皮细胞的lncRNA表达差异。总体实验设计：采用lncRNA微阵列，对手术切除结肠癌组织中经激光捕获显微切割（laser capture microdissection, LCM）获取的结肠癌细胞，及其配对的正常结肠上皮细胞的lncRNA表达谱进行检测。
