Comparison of the binding of GOLDEN2-LIKE (GLK) transcription factors in tomato, tobacco, Arabidopsis, maize and rice, show that genome cis-variation caused wide-spread TF binding divergence, and most of the TF binding sites are genetically redundant. 针对番茄、烟草、拟南芥、玉米及水稻中的GOLDEN2-LIKE(GLK)转录因子(transcription factor, TF)结合情况开展对比分析,结果显示基因组顺式变异可引发广泛分布的转录因子结合位点差异,且多数转录因子结合位点具备遗传冗余特性。整体实验设计:将转录因子在拟南芥、烟草、番茄、水稻和玉米中瞬时表达。原始数据可于PRJNA682315、PRJNA518749、PRJNA743574中获取。
