In this current study, we utilized the Illumina MiSeq sequencing platform to investigate the bacterial community of 24 samples of root nodules and bulk soils from four locations, and we attempted to examine the composition, diversity, and variability of microbial communities across different regions of sea buckthorn and in distinct ecological niches (root nodule and bulk soil); how microorganisms assemble in sea buckthorn nodules; and the ecological role of the nitrogen cycle in sea buckthorn microorganisms, as well as how environmental factors affect these root nodule microorganisms.

本研究采用Illumina MiSeq测序平台,对采自4个采样点的24份沙棘根瘤与非根际土壤(bulk soil)样品的细菌群落进行解析,并围绕以下核心科学问题展开探究:沙棘不同分布区域及不同生态位(根瘤与非根际土壤)下微生物群落的组成、多样性与变异特征,沙棘根瘤内微生物的群落构建机制,沙棘共生微生物在氮循环过程中的生态功能,以及环境因子对沙棘根瘤微生物的调控效应。
