To investigate the connection between changes of mRNA and protein expression in the brain during aging, we compared the transcriptome and proteome of the mouse cortex. We profiled gene expression in the mouse cortex using data obtained from RNA-seq of three individuals at 6-months old and three individuals at 24-months old. 为揭示衰老进程中大脑内信使RNA(mRNA)与蛋白质表达变化的内在关联,本研究对小鼠大脑皮层的转录组(transcriptome)与蛋白质组(proteome)开展了对比分析。
本研究采用3只6月龄小鼠与3只24月龄小鼠的RNA测序(RNA-seq)数据,完成了小鼠大脑皮层的基因表达谱分析。
