本数据集囊括2007~2011年中国喜马拉雅及周边地区采集的布鲁门拿维安圆盘菌属，节丛孢属，次生代谢产物，圆盘菌属，食线虫真菌等微生物样品的采集数据、形态学观测数据及其分子生物学实验检测数据信息。共计12个数据子集。
This dataset includes collection data, morphological observation data, and molecular biological experimental detection data for microbial samples collected from the Himalayas and its surrounding areas in China between 2007 and 2011. The sampled microbial taxa include *Blumenavia*, *Arthrobotrys*, *Discina*, nematophagous fungi, and secondary metabolites, with a total of 12 data subsets.
