Supplementary Tables for Integration of Multi-Omics Data Identifies the Role of the Selenium-Related Gene PNPO and Pre-exhausted CD127⁻ CD8⁺ T Cells in Laryngeal Carcinoma

This dataset contains supplementary tables (S1–S24) including MR results, GWAS summary statistics, single-cell analyses, and CIBERSORTx signature gene matrix for the manuscript entitled “Integration of Multi-Omics Data Identifies the Role of PNPO and Pre-Exhausted CD127⁻ CD8⁺ T Cells in Laryngeal Carcinoma.” Data were obtained from TCGA, GEO, OpenGWAS, GTEx, and FinnGen.本数据集包含题为《整合多组学数据揭示PNPO与耗竭前CD127⁻ CD8⁺ T细胞在喉癌中的作用》的手稿的补充表格（S1–S24），涵盖孟德尔随机化（Mendelian Randomization, MR）分析结果、全基因组关联研究（Genome-Wide Association Study, GWAS）汇总统计数据、单细胞分析结果以及CIBERSORTx特征基因矩阵。本数据集的数据取自癌症基因组图谱（The Cancer Genome Atlas, TCGA）、基因表达综合数据库（Gene Expression Omnibus, GEO）、OpenGWAS、基因型组织表达数据库（Genotype-Tissue Expression, GTEx）以及FinnGen数据库。
