Mycosphere microbiome of Rosellinia necatrix in soil. soil metagenome

Mycosphere microbiome of Rosellinia necatrix in soil was investigated using meta-amplicon-sequencing of fugnal ITS and prokaryotic 16SV4 regions.本研究采用靶向真菌ITS区（fungal ITS）与原核生物16S V4区域（prokaryotic 16S V4 regions）的宏扩增子测序（meta-amplicon-sequencing）技术，对土壤中褐座坚壳菌（Rosellinia necatrix）的真菌圈微生物组（Mycosphere microbiome）展开了探究。
