Submucosal microbiome of peri-implant sites

A clear understanding of the submucosal microbiome of peri-implant sites is of great importance to understand the sequelae of ecological changes and establish effective preventive, diagnostic and treatment strategies of peri-implant diseases. The aim of the present study is to describe the peri-implant microbiome and explore possible associations of the microbial assemblage with patient- and implant-related parameters.

清晰认识种植体周围位点（peri-implant sites）的黏膜下微生物组（submucosal microbiome），对于理解生态变化的后续效应、制定种植体周围疾病（peri-implant diseases）的有效预防、诊断与治疗策略具有重要意义。本研究旨在阐明种植体周围微生物组的特征，并探究微生物菌群（microbial assemblage）与患者相关及种植体相关参数之间的潜在关联。
