Soleus muscle response to level running. Rattus norvegicus

This study surveyed expression of genes which might be involved in regulating the satellite cell response to non-damaging exercise. Low density cDNA arrays were used to survey expression of selected cytokines and growth factors in the soleus muscle following 60 minutes of level running. Keywords: Exercise response; pre versus 24-hr post Overall design: Five-mo-old male Fisher 344 rats were assigned to an unexercised control group (n = 7) or to an exercise group (n = 5). The exercise group performed 60 minutes of level treadmill running (19 m/min) and were sacrificed 24 hours later.

本研究针对可能参与调控卫星细胞对非损伤性运动应答的基因表达进行了检测。本研究采用低密度cDNA阵列（low density cDNA arrays），对60分钟平地跑后比目鱼肌中选定的细胞因子与生长因子的表达水平展开分析。关键词：运动应答；运动前 vs 运动后24小时 整体实验设计：选取5月龄雄性Fisher 344大鼠，分为未运动对照组（n=7）与运动组（n=5）。运动组完成60分钟平地跑台运动（运动速度19 m/min），并于运动后24小时处死取材。
