RNA sequencing of human retina endothelial cells with high glucose treatment

The experiment was designed to detect the differentially expressed genes between endothelial cells treated with Gremlin1 and those without Gremlin1 treatment.whole transcriptome was measured using bulk RNA-seq after HURECs were exposed to 200ng/mL Gremlin1.
