Leaf transcriptome of Impatiens balsamina

This study aims to produce the first ever transcriptome of the pink, multi-petal Impatiens balsamina, in order to elucidate the major secondary metabolite biosynthesis pathways of the leaf of I. balsamina as well as looking for the potential new/novel genes for functional analysis.本研究旨在首次构建粉色重瓣凤仙花（Impatiens balsamina）的转录组，以解析该物种叶片的主要次生代谢物生物合成途径，并筛选可用于功能分析的潜在新型基因。
