ID - Stand ID number. lat - Latitude of stand centroid, in degrees. long - Longitude of stand centroid, in degrees. mean prob of mistletoe - Mean posterior predictive probability of mistletoe presence in the stand. st.dev. of post.pred.dist. - Standard deviation of the posterior predictive probability of mistletoe presence in the stand. predicted phi - Mean posterior predictive probability of a "false positive" in the DNR survey, relative to the intensive survey. predicted psi - Mean posterior predictive probability of a "false negative" in the DNR survey, relative to the intensive survey. csize - Canopy size, ordinal variable. cdense - Canopy density, ordinal variable. usize - Undergrowth size, ordinal variable. udense - Undergrowth density, ordinal variable. si - Site index--related to the overall fitness of the stand. phys - Ordinal variable related to stand wetness (higher = wetter). age - Average age of trees in the stand. ba - Basal area per acre of trees in the stand. mbf - Thousand board feet (measure of stand volume). cond - Condition class. tbr - Timber management status. dbh - Diameter at breast height. height - Average canopy height. volume - Volume of stand in cords. mortal - Indicator variable. 1 = dead trees in stand, 0 = no dead trees. dense - Density of stand. infected - Indicator variable. 1 = DNR reports mistletoe present. topo1-3 - Indicator variables representing topographic characteristics of the stand. x - Easting coordinate. y - Northing coordinate. sp## - Indicator variables for the presence of different species. ctype## - Indicator variables for stand cover types for different species. utype## - Indicator variables for stand understory types for different species
