Proteins interacting with GBP5 and RSV-SH protein

HEK293T were transfected with RSV-SH-HA, GBP5-HA or VR1012(empty vector) respectively for 48 h and then harvested. Co-IP assay were performed with HA beads (Roche, catalog no. 11867423001), the elution was analyzed by mass spectrum. Mass spectrum analysis were performed by the national center for protein science (Beijing, CHN).将HEK293T细胞分别转染RSV-SH-HA、GBP5-HA或VR1012（空载体），培养48小时后收集细胞。采用HA磁珠（罗氏，货号11867423001）进行免疫共沉淀（Co-IP）实验，洗脱产物经质谱分析。质谱分析工作由国家蛋白质科学中心（中国北京）完成。
