本数据集包含对感染传染性支气管炎病毒（Infectious Bronchitis Virus，简称IBV）毒株Beaudette与M41的鸡（Gallus gallus）细胞所开展的两类组学分析：其一为核糖体谱分析（Ribosome profiling，简称Ribo-Seq），可精准定位转录组上处于翻译状态的核糖体位置；其二为RNA测序（RNA-Seq），可对转录组表达水平进行定量检测。
