Data from Ecological Assessment Form - Other Business Services [CRF 5] Study Description This study sought to implement Connect to Protect (C2P), a community mobilization intervention intended to develop coalitions to plan for and bring about structural changes to reduce HIV incidence and prevalence among youth in targeted communities. A key aspect of the C2P approach was planning for sustainability beyond the ATN investment. The evaluation of C2P included both process evaluation of the mobilization efforts and outcome evaluation of the changes in individual risk factors associated with HIV transmission and acquisition. The study included extant data collection and mapping, collection of epidemiological HIV/STI data as well as HIV testing data, and key informant interviews. Individuals engaged in C2P coalitions and community mobilization efforts; Venue Tracking and Brief Venue Interview participants, and HIV-risk related youth ages 12 to 24
