The goal of this study was to characterize the transcriptomes of intrinsically-photosenstive retinal ganglion cells that innervate different retinorecipient target regions in the brain Each sample contains sequenced mRNA from a single intrinsically-photosensitive retinal ganlgion cell (ipRGC). Cells were taken at P1 and P5.
本研究旨在表征大脑内支配不同视网膜投射靶区的内在光敏视网膜神经节细胞(intrinsically-photosensitive retinal ganglion cells, ipRGC)的转录组特征。每个样本均包含单个内在光敏视网膜神经节细胞的经测序mRNA。实验所用细胞取材于出生后第1天(P1)与出生后第5天(P5)。
