Gene expression data from endometrial cancer patient-derived cells (PDCs) treated with estrogen/progesterone

Estrogen and progesterone regulate expression of immune-related genes in the PDC line (EnC-A) established from endometrial cancer specimen. Endometrial cancer PDCs (EnC-A) were established by spheroid culture. To examine the effects of estrogen and progesterone on gene expression, the PDCs were treated with estrogen, progesterone, mixed estrogen and progesterone, or vehicle (ethanol) for 24 h. Total RNAs were extracted from these cells and then used for Affymetrix microarrays analysis.

雌激素与孕酮可调控从子宫内膜癌标本构建的PDC（Patient-Derived Cell）细胞系（EnC-A）中免疫相关基因的表达。该子宫内膜癌PDCs（EnC-A）系通过球体培养法构建。为探究雌激素与孕酮对基因表达的调控效应，将该细胞系分别以雌激素、孕酮、雌激素联合孕酮及溶剂对照（乙醇）处理24小时。提取各组处理细胞的总RNA，用于Affymetrix基因芯片分析。
