circulating miRNA repertoires of plasma and ovarian fluid of rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss)

The aim of this study was to characterize the repertoire of circulating miRNA in plasma and ovarian fluid of female rainbow trout according two dimensions: a time (reproduction cycle) and a metabolism (feeding rate) dimensions. The potential of circulating mi-RNAs as biomarkers of nutrition and reproduction of rainbow trout has thus been investigated.

本研究旨在从两个维度表征雌性虹鳟血浆与卵巢液中的循环miRNA（circulating microRNA）表达谱：其一为时间维度（生殖周期），其二为代谢维度（摄食率）。据此，本研究探讨了循环miRNA作为虹鳟营养与生殖生物标志物的应用潜力。
