随着城市化和工业化进程的加快,城市和工业区附近的土壤有机污染日益加剧,有机污染物在工业区周围的土壤中超过国家标准多倍。通过检测土壤中间,对-二甲苯浓度,可以了解当地土壤环境是否已造成严重污染,从而为监管部门开展农产品安全监管提供科学证据。1、数据来源:按照土壤和沉积物 挥发性有机物的测定 吹扫捕集/气相色谱-质谱法 HJ 605-2011对土壤进行土样采集检测。2、算法规则:按照如下公式进行计算:样品浓度=(样品查曲线值W-空白查曲线值)*定容体积V*稀释倍数D/取样量m/(1-(1-干物质含量w)/100),公式中样品浓度单位为μg/kg;样品查曲线值及空白查曲线值单位为μg/L;定容体积单位为mL;取样量单位为g,干物质含量单位为%。检测结果小于最低检出浓度1.2μg/kg时,以<1.2μg/kg出具。3、数据判定:根据《建设用地土壤污染风险管控标准(试行)》(GB36600-2018)第一类用地风险筛选值进行判定,若间,对-二甲苯浓度数据≤163mg/kg,则判定土壤中该指标浓度达标,反之则超标。4、数据应用:通过分析土壤中间,对-二甲苯的浓度,我们可以判断该土壤中间,对-二甲苯的达标情况,避免因该指标浓度含量高引起土壤的污染问题,为监管提供依据。
With the accelerating pace of urbanization and industrialization, soil organic pollution near urban and industrial areas has intensified increasingly, with organic pollutants in soils around industrial zones exceeding national standards by multiple times. By detecting the concentration of m,p-xylene in soils, we can assess whether local soil environments have suffered severe pollution, thereby providing scientific evidence for regulatory authorities to carry out agricultural product safety supervision.
1. Data Source: Soil samples were collected and tested in accordance with the Standard for the Determination of Volatile Organic Compounds in Soils and Sediments by Purge and Trap/Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (HJ 605-2011).
2. Algorithm Rules: The calculation is conducted using the following formula:
Sample Concentration = (Sample Calibration Curve Value W - Blank Calibration Curve Value) × Final Volume V × Dilution Factor D / Sample Mass m / [1 - (1 - Dry Matter Content w)/100]
Where the unit of sample concentration is μg/kg; the units of sample calibration curve value and blank calibration curve value are μg/L; the unit of final volume is mL; the unit of sample mass is g; and the unit of dry matter content is %. If the test result is lower than the limit of detection (LOD) of 1.2 μg/kg, it shall be reported as <1.2 μg/kg.
3. Data Judgement: The judgement is made based on the risk screening values for Category 1 land stipulated in the Technical Standard for Risk Control of Soil Contamination in Construction Land (Trial Implementation) (GB36600-2018). If the concentration of m,p-xylene is ≤163 mg/kg, the concentration of this indicator in the soil is deemed to meet the standard; otherwise, it exceeds the standard.
4. Data Application: By analyzing the concentration of m,p-xylene in soils, we can determine the compliance status of m,p-xylene in the target soil, avoid soil pollution issues caused by high concentrations of this indicator, and provide a basis for regulatory work.
