Seven different Solanaceae species, Potato (Solanum tubersosum), Tomato (Lycopersicum esculentum), Eggplant (Solanum melangena), Pepper (Capsicum annuum), Tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum), Petunia and Nicotiana benthamiana were subjected to cold stress. Plants were grown at 25 C for 4-6 weeks after wich cold stress was initiated by exposing the plants to 4 C for 4, 8, 12, 24 and 48 hours. Control samples were isolated from plants just before the cold stress was initated. RNA was isolated using Qiagen RNeasy. Keywords: Direct comparison Overall design: 58 hybs total

本数据集涉及7种不同的茄科（Solanaceae）物种，分别为马铃薯（Solanum tuberosum）、番茄（Lycopersicum esculentum）、茄子（Solanum melangena）、辣椒（Capsicum annuum）、烟草（Nicotiana tabacum）、矮牵牛（Petunia）以及本氏烟（Nicotiana benthamiana）。所有供试植株均于25℃条件下培养4至6周，随后通过将植株置于4℃环境分别处理4、8、12、24及48小时以启动冷胁迫。对照样品采集于冷胁迫启动前的植株。总RNA提取采用Qiagen RNeasy试剂盒。关键词：直接比较。整体实验设计：总计58次杂交实验。
