Data of "Fully automated pipeline for the fiber tractography of the anterior optic pathway in patients with sellar and parasellar tumors and analysis of the microstructural alterations"

This dataset contains the numerical data used for the analysis described in the paper "Fully automated pipeline for the fiber tractography of the anterior optic pathway in patients with sellar and parasellar tumors and analysis of the microstructural alterations", Gramegna LL et al. chiasma_displacement.xlsx contains the value in mm of the vertical displacement of the chiasm for each subject (see the paper for the methodological procedure of the evaluation). parameters_along_tract.xlsx contains for each subject (Exam): the condition (Cond, 0=healthy control, 1=patient), whether they experienced complete or partial resolution of symptoms after surgical treatment (Responder), the corresponding area along the anterior optic pathway (Zone), the sampling point among the 45 that the anterior optic pathway was divided into (Bin), the microstructural parameter considered (Measure) and its corresponding value (Value).本数据集包含论文《鞍区及鞍旁肿瘤患者前视路（anterior optic pathway）纤维束追踪全自动流程与微观结构改变分析》（作者Gramegna LL等）中所使用的分析数值数据。 文件chiasma_displacement.xlsx存储了每位受试者视交叉（chiasm）的垂直移位数值（单位：mm），具体评估方法详见该论文。 文件parameters_along_tract.xlsx为每位受试者（Exam）存储了以下信息：受试者状态（Cond，0=健康对照，1=患者）、术后症状是否完全或部分缓解（Responder）、前视路对应区域（Zone）、前视路被划分为45个采样点中的对应采样点位（Bin）、所用微观结构参数（Measure）及其对应数值（Value）。
