本研究采用Barley1基因芯片（Barley1 GeneChip），对比耐盐基因型金承诺（Golden Promise）与梅索普大麦（Maythorpe）的盐胁迫应答反应，以探究营养生长阶段两个大麦基因型在对照与盐胁迫条件下的基因差异表达情况。关键词：基因型与处理比较。实验整体设计：以根尖及地上部（茎冠与生长点）组织为材料，开展基因芯片杂交实验。
