Organelle genome sequencing and RNA analysis of Diplosphaera sundellii

The purpose of this project was to sequence the chloroplast and mitochondrial genomes of the algal Trebouxiophyte, Diplosphaera sundellii and analyze their mitochondrial mRNAs for the presence of non template oligonucleotide additions.

本研究旨在对共球藻纲（Trebouxiophyte）藻类物种Diplosphaera sundellii的叶绿体基因组（chloroplast genome）与线粒体基因组（mitochondrial genome）进行测序，并针对其线粒体mRNA开展非模板寡核苷酸添加（non template oligonucleotide additions）的存在性分析。
