The Principle of Recurring Stability: A Unified Theory of Repetition from Cosmic Orbits to Human Consciousness
收藏资源简介:
This paper proposes that repetition is not merely a psychological tendency or a physical phenomenon but a fundamental organizational principle observable across multiple scales of reality. From orbital mechanics and atomic structures to biological evolution, neural learning, memory formation, cultural traditions, and human desire, systems repeatedly exhibit cyclic and recurring behaviors. The paper argues that these recurrences emerge from a deeper principle called Recurring Stability: systems that repeatedly return to stable configurations persist longer than systems that continuously diverge from equilibrium. This framework does not claim that human psychology is caused by planetary motion. Rather, it suggests that both arise from universal mathematical constraints governing persistence, energy minimization, information conservation, and adaptive survival. The result is a unified philosophical model connecting physics, biology, neuroscience, complexity theory, and phenomenology through the common language of recurrence.
