Genome sequencing. Nosema bombycis CQ1

The The Institute of Sericulture and Systems Biology (ISSB) of Southwest University (SWU), China is sequencing the Nosema bombycis isolate CQ1 genome. A complete nucleotide sequence of the Sec61 Complex in the Nosema bombycis genome is deposited with the accession numbers EF103586, EF103587, and EF103588.
