RNA-Seq of KRAS-regulated genes in human cell lines

Human cell lines were treated with a KRASG12C inhibitor or tamoxifen to activate KRAS for different time points. Then RNA was extracted for gene expression analysis to assess the role of KRAS signalling on immune-related genes.
