脉冲驱动型交流量子电压标准 ACJVS 通过高速脉冲序列驱动约瑟夫森结阵芯片的方式实现宽频带交流量子电压的合成, 相比于可编程型交流量子电压标准 PJVS, 具有免台阶切换、频谱纯净、频带宽等优点。搭建的系统主要包括 8 位高速脉冲码型发生器、微波放大器、直流阻断、约瑟夫森结阵芯片等。通过驱动包含 4 个子阵列, 每个子阵列含 12 810 个约瑟夫森结的结阵芯片, 并结合 4 通道联合低频补偿的方式, 成功产生了 1 V 有效值的脉冲驱动型交流量子电压, 为进一步建立交流量子电压基准打下了坚实的基础。最后, 展望了脉冲驱动型交流量子电压在量子阻抗桥、交流量子功率源、交流量子功率表方面的应用价值。
The pulse-driven alternating current (AC) quantum voltage standard (ACJVS) realizes the synthesis of wide-bandwidth AC quantum voltages by driving a Josephson junction array chip with a high-speed pulse train. Compared with the programmable AC quantum voltage standard (PJVS), it boasts several advantages including step-free switching, pure spectrum, and wide bandwidth. The constructed system mainly consists of an 8-bit high-speed pulse pattern generator, a microwave amplifier, a DC blocker, and a Josephson junction array chip, among other components. By driving the junction array chip that comprises 4 sub-arrays, with each sub-array containing 12810 Josephson junctions, and adopting 4-channel combined low-frequency compensation, we successfully generated a pulse-driven AC quantum voltage with a root mean square (RMS) value of 1 V, which lays a solid foundation for the further establishment of the AC quantum voltage standard. Finally, the application prospects of the pulse-driven ACJVS in quantum impedance bridges, AC quantum power sources, and AC quantum power meters are prospected.
