本数据集涵盖经来那度胺处理、且存在或不存在抗原特异性再刺激的人嵌合抗原受体T细胞（Chimeric Antigen Receptor T Cell, CAR-T）的全转录组RNA表达谱分析数据。具体实验方案为：将抗B细胞成熟抗原（B-cell maturation antigen, BCMA）嵌合抗原受体T细胞置于添加或不添加1 µM来那度胺的培养基中，在存在或不存在BCMA磁珠的条件下分别培养24小时或7天，随后对所有样本开展polyA RNASeq检测。
