Drosophila melanogaster small RNA sequencing in adult male body. This submission comes from the hpRNA study from Eric Lai Lab, in which we sequenced mutants of Dcr-2 and Loqs-PD in male body, which are critical factors for hpRNA biogenesis in comparison to wild type Canton S (CS) males.
