在自然界中,任何物体的温度如果超过绝对零度都会不断地向周围空间发出红外辐射能量。因此,通过对物体自身辐射的红外能量的测量,便能准确地测定它的表面温度。辐射测温分为亮度法、辐射法和比色法三类。本标准为辐射法,测量范围为:(-15~1600)℃,由黑体辐射源标准装置、高中低不同温度范围的多套黑体辐射源和二等标准铂电阻温度计、二等标准铂铑10-铂热电偶及辐射温度计等组成。适用于辐射温度计、红外温度计、红外热像仪、测量人体温度的红外温度计、各种黑体辐射源的检定和校准。
In nature, any object with a temperature above absolute zero continuously emits infrared radiant energy into the surrounding space. Therefore, the surface temperature of an object can be accurately measured by detecting the infrared energy radiated from itself. Radiation thermometry is divided into three categories: brightness method, radiation method, and colorimetric method. This standard adopts the radiation method, with a measurement range of (-15 to 1600) °C. It consists of a blackbody radiation source standard facility, multiple sets of blackbody radiation sources covering low, medium and high temperature ranges, Class 2 Standard Platinum Resistance Thermometers, Class 2 Standard Platinum-10 Rhodium-Platinum Thermocouples, radiation thermometers, and other related instruments. It is applicable to the verification and calibration of radiation thermometers, infrared thermometers, infrared thermal imagers, human body temperature measuring infrared thermometers, and various blackbody radiation sources.
