Images and masks of 2D fluorescent microglia

This data set contains 28 pairs (image + mask) of annotated images representing 2D fluorescent microglia. These images are squares of 512x512 pixels, coming from acquisitions in 2048x2048 pixels. This data was used to train a UNet2D model. inputs.zip: Contains TIFF images on 32-bits. They were normalized in the range of 0.0 to 1.0 from the min and max found in the original image. masks.zip: Contains TIFF images representing the binary masks (8-bits; 0-255) of the microglia present in "inputs.zip". The file names in both folders match exactly, there is no prefix/suffix.
