煤矿联网数据上传42号文。本接入细则规定了煤矿安全监控、井下作业人员、工业视频感知数据联网采集的内容、格式、
数据接入流程等方面的要求。
本接入细则适用于国家煤矿安全监察局、省级煤矿安全监察局（以下简称“省局”）和煤矿
企业煤矿感知数据接入工作。

Document No. 42 on Coal Mine Networking Data Upload. This Access Regulation specifies the requirements for the content, format, data access procedures and other aspects of networking collection of coal mine safety monitoring, underground operation personnel, and industrial video perception data.
This Access Regulation applies to the coal mine perception data access work of the State Administration of Coal Mine Safety, provincial coal mine safety supervision bureaus (hereinafter referred to as "provincial bureaus") and coal mining enterprises.
