Raw proteomics data of endosomes isolated from mouse brain endothelial cells

We sought to determine whether sleep influences the endosomal protein profile of brain endothelial cells. One group of mice was subjected to 6 h of sleep deprivation (SD) beginning at Zeitgeber Time 0 (ZT0; lights on), followed by 2 h of recovery sleep, whereas a second group underwent 8 h of continuous SD. Brain endothelial cells were isolated using CD31 antibody–conjugated beads, and endosomes purified from these cells were analyzed by LC–MS/MS–based proteomics. To assess whether comparable alterations occur across the natural sleep–wake cycle, brain endothelial cells were also collected at two circadian time points, ZT8 (sleep phase) and ZT20 (wake phase). Endosomes isolated from these samples were likewise subjected to LC–MS/MS proteomic analysis. The original mass spectrometry raw data are provided here.
