Epitope prediction for MHC B4, B15, B19 and B21 based on anchor residues.

Predicted epitopes and their localization based on anchor residues that have been described for B4, B15, B19 and B21 [32]–[34]. X represents any amino acid. Anchor residues specific for the different MHC types are indicated in bold. A variable number of amino acids between the anchor residues is indicted with (X).本数据集收录基于文献[32]–[34]中针对B4、B15、B19及B21所报道的锚定残基预测得到的表位（epitopes）及其定位信息。其中X代表任意氨基酸。针对不同主要组织相容性复合体（Major Histocompatibility Complex, MHC）类型的特异性锚定残基以粗体格式标注。锚定残基间的可变数目氨基酸以(X)形式表示。
