This project aims to explore the diversity of nematode environmental DNA (eDNA) in sediments of South China Sea coral reefs and analyze their ecological functions. Through sequencing analysis, we will investigate the genetic diversity of nematodes in different sediment samples from South China Sea coral reefs to understand their species composition, abundance, and distribution. Through this research, we can better understand the ecological roles of nematodes in South China Sea coral reef sediments, providing scientific evidence for the conservation of the South China Sea ecosystem. The results of this project will help reveal the relationship between microbial diversity and ecological functions in South China Sea coral reef ecosystems, providing important insights for biodiversity conservation and marine environmental management.
本项目旨在探究南海珊瑚礁沉积物中线虫环境DNA(environmental DNA, eDNA)的多样性,并分析其生态功能。
