09**号、10**号、1104号台风期间，从2009年7月17日到2011年6月25日的近海浮标观测资料，包含时间、站点ID号、经度、纬度、平台高度、盐度传感器深度、波高传感器深度、数据采集类型、表面温度、最大表面温度、最小表面温度的信息。
During the periods of Typhoons No. 09**, No. 10**, and No. 1104, from July 17, 2009 to June 25, 2011, the offshore buoy observational dataset includes the following information: timestamp, station ID, longitude, latitude, platform altitude, salinity sensor depth, wave height sensor depth, data acquisition type, surface temperature, maximum surface temperature, and minimum surface temperature.
