The main objectives of this research were to construct the first high-density genetic map of P. dabryanus, perform fine-scale QTL mapping for growth and sex related traits, identify the candidate genes associated with growth and sex related traits, as well as assist the assembly of P. dabryanus genome.
本研究的主要目标为构建大鳍鳠（P. dabryanus）首张高密度遗传连锁图谱，对生长与性别相关性状开展精细数量性状位点（QTL）定位，筛选与生长、性别相关性状关联的候选基因，并辅助完成大鳍鳠的基因组组装。
