Müller glial microRNAs are required for the maintenance of glial homeostasis and retinal architecture

The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of the Dicer1-deletion in the Müller glia with regard to function in the adult retina of mice. We performed RNA-sequencing on FACS-purified adult Müller cells from wild type mice and from Müller cell with Dicer1-deletion in order to identify microRNA targets.本研究旨在分析米勒胶质细胞（Müller glia）中的Dicer1基因敲除对小鼠成年视网膜功能的影响。我们对野生型小鼠以及Dicer1基因敲除小鼠的成年米勒胶质细胞，经荧光激活细胞分选术（Fluorescence-Activated Cell Sorting, FACS）纯化后，开展了RNA测序（RNA-sequencing）实验，以鉴定微小RNA（microRNA）的靶标。
