The samples of different flax field soils were collected at about 20 cm of depths to assess the diversity of microorganisms. Studied conditions included infection of soils with Septoria linicola, Colletotrichum lini, Melampsora lini, or Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lini, causing harmful flax diseases, soils with suboptimal for flax acidity, and soils treated with herbicides. We obtained metagenomes and analyzed them by targeted deep sequencing of the 16S rRNA genes and internal transcribed spacers (ITS) of rRNA genes.
为评估微生物多样性,我们于约20厘米深度采集了不同亚麻田的土壤样本。本次研究涉及的土壤样本类型包括:被引发危害性亚麻病害的亚麻壳针孢(Septoria linicola)、亚麻炭疽菌(Colletotrichum lini)、亚麻锈菌(Melampsora lini)及尖孢镰刀菌亚麻专化型(Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lini)侵染的土壤;酸度不适宜亚麻生长的土壤;以及经除草剂处理的土壤。我们获取了宏基因组(metagenomes),并通过对16S核糖体RNA(16S rRNA)基因以及核糖体RNA基因的内部转录间隔区(ITS)开展靶向深度测序,完成了样本分析。
