Lactobacillus paracasei HD1.7 Genome sequencing and assembly. Lacticaseibacillus paracasei strain:HD1.7 | cultivar:MRS

The strain was isolated from the Chinese sauerkraut in the northeast district of China, a LAB, and we had found that the starin have some excellent characters compared with other strains. The genome sequencing and assembly of this strain will lay the foundation on the further application.

该菌株分离自中国东北地区的酸菜，属于乳酸菌（Lactic Acid Bacteria，LAB）。本研究发现，相较于其他菌株，该菌株具备多项优良性状。对该菌株进行基因组测序与组装，将为其后续应用奠定基础。
