Human Hepatocellular Carcinoma Sequencing

The purpose of this study was to assess gene expression and DNA methylation patterns in HCC tumors representative of different ethno-racial populations and locoregional therapy responses. DNA and RNA was extracted from formalin fixed paraffin embedded samples.
