多种类的形貌DNA结构平台数据集

该数据集主要面向多类型数据的DNA数据存储平台与数据读取方法研究中纳米存储基元纳米存储基元设计的多样化， DNA 纳米结构形貌的多样化的需求。通过透射电子显微镜(Hitachi/HT7700)等多次重复采集形貌DNA结构平台的形貌。在本数据集中围绕构建精确自组装DNA纳米存储基元的过程中，通过空间拓扑形貌的控制，制备形貌多样化的形貌基元，包括模块化DNA结构，氟修饰FDNA功能化的新型球形核酸结构，磁性的DNA球形核酸结构。数据量3.20 MB。

This dataset is developed to address the demands for diversifying the design of nano-storage units and the morphologies of DNA nanostructures in research on multi-type data DNA data storage platforms and data reading methods. The morphologies of DNA structural platforms for data storage were repeatedly collected using transmission electron microscopy (Hitachi/HT7700) and other related instruments. In this dataset, during the process of constructing precisely self-assembled DNA nano-storage units, units with diverse morphologies are prepared through spatial topological morphology control, including modular DNA structures, novel spherical nucleic acid structures functionalized with fluorine-modified FDNA, and magnetic DNA spherical nucleic acid structures. The total data volume is 3.20 MB.
