On the basis of the order of the Kharkiv mayor of vil 21.10.2021 "On Approval of the Regulations on Data Sets of Kharkiv City Council" the publication of open data sets of the information manager on the portal of open data of Kharkiv, which according to the Harvesting procedure is automatically placed on the Unified State Open Data Portal in the office of the manager "Kharkiv City Council".依据哈尔科夫市议会（Kharkiv City Council）市长2021年10月21日签署的《关于批准哈尔科夫市议会数据集管理规定》政令，信息管理方的公开数据集将在哈尔科夫公开数据门户发布；此类数据集将按照数据收割（Harvesting）流程，自动同步至统一国家公开数据门户下哈尔科夫市议会管理方的专属账号中。
