海洋委員會海洋保育署友善釣魚手冊

臺灣友善釣魚行動方案的三大核心精神-「安全至上」、「環境維護」與「資源永續」，正是為了讓每位釣友能安全無憂地享受垂釣的同時，也能珍惜這片賜予我們豐饒的海洋。至113年11月18日，海保署已盤點出全台共157處適合垂釣的友善釣點，包含漁港、商港、國家公園、島礁與釣魚平台等場域，並投入資源協助地方政府優化設施，改善場域安全與環境維護。此外，我們也積極推動友善店家與船家，讓釣魚文化更具包容性與永續性。《2024友善釣魚》為熱愛釣魚的朋友和初次接觸垂釣活動的夥伴們提供了一本實用指南。書中不僅詳列全台開放釣點的位置與海象查詢方式，還涵蓋熱門與危險魚種的介紹、建議釋獲體長大小及釣魚安全須知等多元資訊，期盼為大家帶來更安心、更有趣的垂釣體驗。

The three core principles of Taiwan's Friendly Fishing Action Plan are "Safety First", "Environmental Conservation" and "Resource Sustainability", which aim to enable every angler to enjoy fishing safely and without worries, while cherishing the bountiful oceans that have blessed Taiwan. As of November 18, 2024 (the 113th year of the Republic of China), the Coastal Conservation Agency has identified a total of 157 angling-friendly fishing spots across the island, including fishing harbors, commercial ports, national parks, reefs and fishing platforms, and has invested resources to assist local governments in optimizing facilities and improving site safety and environmental conservation. In addition, the plan has actively promoted cooperation with friendly shops and boat operators to make the fishing culture more inclusive and sustainable. "2024 Friendly Fishing" serves as a practical guide for both passionate fishing enthusiasts and first-time participants in angling activities. The guide not only details the locations of all open fishing spots across Taiwan and the methods for checking sea conditions, but also covers comprehensive information including introductions to popular and potentially dangerous fish species, recommended catch-and-release size limits, and essential fishing safety tips, with the hope of providing everyone with a safer and more enjoyable angling experience.
