RNA expression in CD4+ T cells with anti-VEGFB treatment

The RNA expression in TCR-activated CD4+ T cells with anti-VEGFB treatment was analyzed by RNA-seq. CD4+ naive T cells were activated by anti-CD3 (5 μg/mL) and anti-CD28 (2 μg/mL) plus IL-2 (100 U/mL) with the treatment of anti-VEGF-B (1 μg/mL) or normal Goat IgG control (1 μg/mL) for 3 days. Then, 5×105 cells were pelleted to extract total RNA by TRIzol reagent.

本研究通过RNA测序（RNA-seq）分析了经抗VEGFB处理的T细胞受体（TCR）激活型CD4阳性T细胞中的RNA表达水平。实验中，将CD4阳性初始T细胞以抗CD3（5 μg/mL）、抗CD28（2 μg/mL）联合白细胞介素2（IL-2，100 U/mL）进行激活，同时分别施加抗VEGFB（1 μg/mL）或正常山羊免疫球蛋白G（Goat IgG，1 μg/mL）对照处理，持续培养3天。随后收集5×10^5个细胞，采用TRIzol试剂提取总RNA。
