Research on the role of intestinal flora in colorectal adenomas and colorectal laterally spreading tumors

Faecal specimens were collected from 10 patients with CRA, 10 patients with LST, and 9 age-matched healthy controls. Macro gene sequencing was used to detect intestinal flora.

本研究从10例结直肠腺癌（CRA）患者、10例侧向发育型肿瘤（LST）患者以及9例年龄匹配的健康对照者中采集粪便标本。采用宏基因测序（Macro gene sequencing）技术检测肠道菌群。
