为剖析不同发育阶段下神经肌肉接头处的局部翻译组（Translatome），我们对Cre阴性（cre-）与Cre阳性（cre+）小鼠的膈肌突触富集区域开展RNA测序，以探究运动神经元末梢处的局部翻译组。
整体实验设计：对ChAT-Cre阳性与阴性小鼠的膈肌突触富集样本的RNA测序数据进行比较分析。
